Bembies Ghee chia

Chia – Detox and Lunch in One

If you want to lose weight or do a quick detox of your liver and the whole body, this recipe may interest you. 

Ingredients

2 ½ tbsp. Chia seeds
1 tsp. Bembie's ghee
1 tsp. Bembie's coconut oil
1 tsp. Turmeric
¼ tsp. Black pepper
½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Honey
Fresh ginger grated – to your taste or ½ tbsp. dry ginger
1 tsp. Cranberry
150 ml Hot water 158 °F

Directions

Put in a deep glass for hot water the Chia seeds, Turmeric, Black pepper, Cinnamon and pour the hot water. Stir well. Let the seeds swell for about 10 minutes. Add Bembie's Ghee and Bembie's Coconut Oil. Stir well. Add the honey, the Ginger and the Cranberry and stir well again. Let the dish rest for 20 min and then consume.

Eat this miracle healthy food for a week. But if you want to lose weight, let this be your lunch, and leave the steak for dinner.
